We collect information you provide directly (such as your name and email when you contact us), information generated when you use the app (workout logs, exercise data, progress history), and device information collected automatically (device identifiers, OS version, crash reports).

  • To provide and improve app functionality, including workout tracking and progress dashboards

  • To send product updates if you subscribe to our newsletter (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve performance

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

The free tier of MyMuscleGuide displays advertising through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and contextual information to deliver, measure, and improve ads. You can control ad personalization through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics) only to the extent necessary to operate the app and under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the app, or by contacting us at fitdash.app/contact. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

MyMuscleGuide is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
